Using StoryMap JS from Northwestern University's Knight Lab, I created a map charting all of Little Rock's homicides for 2015 and 2016, including photos and links to previous coverage.
​
Using information gathered by reporters through Freedom of Information Act requests, I created a searchable database of police shootings in Arkansas from 2011-2016 using Caspio. I also created a timeline outlining the details of each case, including photos, videos and links to previous coverage; as well as a Google map showing where all the fatal shootings were.
The project won multiple awards, including the Robert S. McCord FOI Award from the Arkansas SPJ chapter.
